Ordering
Q: How do I place an order? A: To place an order, simply browse our online catalog, select the plants and products you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready to checkout, follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sales@botanicaofnaples.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been processed.
Shipping
Q: What are your shipping options? A: We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days, and overnight shipping takes 1 business day. Processing times are usually 1-3 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Returns
Q: What is your return policy? A: We accept returns of unused and undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at sales@botanicaofnaples.com to initiate a return.
Q: How do I return an item? A: To return an item, contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization and instructions. Repack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
Q: When will I receive my refund? A: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
